The palette is coral pink, marigold yellow and cream, drawn entirely in loose hand-drawn line and handwritten script. Festoon lights in four colours string across the top of the page. A disco ball glints in the corner. Everything is sunny. The hero is a coral line drawing of the two of you sharing one bicycle — one pedalling in sunglasses with a basket of flowers on the front, the other perched on the back with a veil and a branch of blossom held aloft — with your names labelled beside your heads in marigold handwriting. Underneath, in big coral script: we invite you to our wedding, followed by a warm note in your own words about finally finding each other. The calendar is a three-day strip — the day before, your day circled in coral, the day after — with the weekday names written above in handwriting. Clean and immediately readable. The location panel is drawn as a signpost: three coral direction boards stacked on a post, carrying the restaurant name, the district and the street address, with a drawn disco ball hanging beside it and a solid marigold plan your route button below. Then teleportation — a full coral panel with a drawn convertible carrying the two of you, veil streaming behind, explaining that the venue is out of town and a shuttle transfer will be arranged, with a note that pickup time and location will be announced later. Every out-of-town wedding needs this section and almost no template includes it. The timeline is the design's best piece: a winding coral line snaking down the page, hours alternating left and right along its bends, each paired with a drawn illustration — a champagne tower, wedding rings, a plate and cutlery, a tiered cake. Guests arriving, ceremony, dinner, close of evening. Dress code is refreshingly direct: wear what you'll be comfortable dancing in, but please avoid harsh, shouty colours — with a row of chips showing exactly what to skip, labelled in handwriting as the ugly colour palette, and a separate note that white is, of course, already taken.
